ONLINE STORE POLICY

Within 2 working days of your payment being processed, we will assemble your order and send it to you from our distillery in Mitcham (Victoria) via Australia Post.

After dispatch from the distillery please allow 5-7 business days for package to be delivered via Australia Post, and longer for WA and NT.

We will do our best to get gin to you as soon as possible, however Dutch Rules Distilling Co. does not guarantee delivery on the date and is not liable for any loss resulting from late delivery.

Deliveries cannot be made to PO boxes or anywhere outside of Australia. Unfortunately, NO INTERNATIONAL ORDERS available. Our apologies for any inconvenience!

Dutch Rules Distilling Co. cannot deliver to persons under the age of 18 years, and we may request that the person who receives the goods provide satisfactory evidence of proof of age.

 

RETURNS POLICY

Quality is important to us and we will replace or refund your purchase against any manufacturer’s defects with credit to your original method of payment.

Only orders placed via our online store can be returned to Dutch Rules Distilling Co.

We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transport or change of mind.

Upon agreement, to return an item to us, simply pack your item and invoice into a post-safe box and please send your parcel back to us by registered mail to:

LIQUOR LICENCE

Dutch Rules Distilling Co. supports the Responsible Service of Alcohol. All online liquor sales are processed by Dutch Rules Distilling Co. (ABN 40 647 308 227) under Liquor Licence no. 32811106 (VIC). It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years.

ACT: (WARNING) Under the Liquor ACT 2010, it is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years. Penalties apply. NSW: Under the Liquor Act 2007, it is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years. NT: Under the Liquor Act 2019, a person must not serve or supply liquor to a person who is under 18 years of age [Max 50 penalty points]. QLD: (WARNING) Under the Liquor Act 1992, it is an offence to supply liquor to a person under the age of 18 years. SA: (WARNING) Under the Liquor Licensing ACT 1997, liquor must not be sold or supplied to persons under 18. Penalties Apply. TAS: Under the Liquor Licensing Act 1990, it is an offence: for liquor to be delivered to a person under the age of 18 years. Penalty: Fine not exceeding 20 penalty units. For a person under the age of 18 years to purchase liquor. The sale of liquor pursuant to the offer to purchase from this website is made at our licensed premises attached to the licence numbers listed below. Your contract of sale is with Dutch Rules Distilling Co. Accordingly, your offer to purchase is subject to our acceptance of your offer, certification and evidence of you being over 18 years of age, the availability of stock and the liquor which is the subject matter of your offer being ascertained and appropriated at the abovementioned licensed premises.
